If you are walking Gingera

Sleep in Canberra. First light at Corin Dam or Mt Franklin Road. Not a Civic afternoon.

If you are on Yankee Hat or Tharwa

Canberra hotels, or Tharwa if you find a bed. Visitor Centre first for the unsealed-road answer.

If you want a valley night

Book Orroral or Honeysuckle official (phone 02 6237 5307 while the website is down). Not Mount Clear for a first van trip.
